Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

You can either send details across on the message to seller box on the payment page or send over a message after ordering.
Are there any other colours available?
Please do get in touch if you would like a colour that we haven't listed. We will do our best.
When will my order be delivered?
Our turnaround time is listed as 1-2 weeks but we hope to get orders out before this. We are always picking up our messages so if you'd like to know the update of your order, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Absolutely 1 million percent recommend the bears and t-shirt products...
